Online-tickets

The Museon is closed until February 9th, 2021.
 

Have you already bought a ticket for the period December 15th,  2020 to February 9th, 2021? These are the possibilities now:

  • Did you only buy a timeslot without payment? Then you don't have to do anything.
  • If you have bought a paid ticket, you can consider just not using the ticket. By that you support the Museon in this difficult time.
  • You can also keep the ticket and reserve a new timeslot when we are open again. Please bring the old ticket and the new reservation with you during your visit.
  • If you don't want any of this, you can send your ticket to financieel@museon.nl. We will then arrange a refund.

You will receive your ticket and/or reservation in pdf format within a few minutes in your mailbox. If you haven't received anything after a while, please check if the payment has been debited and if the tickets didn't accidentally end up in your spam folder.

Refund

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded. Tickets are transferable, so you might want to give your ticket to someone else.
