With its GreenKey Gold certification, modern facilities and special exhibitions about nature, culture and science, the Museon is the ideal venue for an event with your clients or employees. We offer a variety of rooms and facilities for a symposium, workshops, an employee event or a meeting, among other things.
One Planet
The central exhibition of the Museon: One Planet, based on the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, is an ideal starting point to create a link with one or more themes of your programme. Of course, a visit to this exhibition, or one of the others in the museum, is an essential part of your event. This visit can take place unaccompanied or with a guide, prior to or during your event. Please ask us about the possibilities.
The location
The Museon is a wonderful venue for business meetings that require a dynamic environment. The building reflects the exciting architectural style of Dutch architect Wim Quist and is located in the Statenkwartier District in The Hague, in the heart of the international zone among organisations such as Europol, OPCW, and Eurojust. As a result of the close cooperation with our direct neighbours World Forum and The Hague Marriott Hotel, the possibilities are virtually endless when it comes to larger events that require, for example, ample parking facilities or overnight accommodation. We have a wide variety of special rooms available, suitable for meetings, workshops, presentations, symposiums, dinners, and conferences. The largest room can accommodate 300 people at the same time. To make this mission possible, the Museon became affiliated with GreenKey. GreenKey is the international label for businesses in the tourism and leisure industry, as well as in the market for meeting and conference venues. The affiliated organisations are seriously and verifiably committed to sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. They take an active role in caring for the environment, both within and outside their organisation. GreenKey guarantees the voluntary commitment of our organisation to do more for the environment than the laws and regulations require.
Catering and organisation
CateringMeesters takes care of the entire organisation and catering of your event at Museon. CateringMeesters specialises in catering in a cultural environment. Together with you, they provide a personal touch to your congress, reception, lunch, dinner, or party. Levi Lassen Hall
This 400-m² room is the largest in the Museon. The recessed area has specific acoustic qualities and is equipped with a flexible seating plan. View location
MediaLab
Deze ruimte met media-uitstraling is zeer geschikt voor vergaderingen of break-out sessies met een speels karakter. Er is een vaste opstelling rondom twee grote ronde tafels.

Panorama Hall
This room is characterised by its open and spatial character. Here you can have an exclusive meeting, team building workshop, private reception or other small-scale meeting without interruptions. The room offers a panoramic view of the Statenkwartier District.

The studio is located next to the Levi Lassen Hall, and is particularly suitable for a break-out session, a plenary meeting, or a workshop. The room has a sober and modern appearance and can be furnished as desired. The theatre lighting creates a special atmosphere during your presentation.
