Primordial soup, Bing Bang, primordial egg? How did earth and life develop? Who was responsible for this? Was it a ghost, a god? Or is it a matter of chemistry and evolution? These are important questions which every living and thinking human being comes across and wonders. Where do we come from, what is the purpose of our existence and where is all this leading to? The answer to these questions is as colourful as Hinduism, as austere as the Dutch Reformed faith, as sober-minded as the atheists and as emotional as the Whitsun believers. It is as earthly as the animism and as mystical as the Islamic religion. The answer to these questions is … faith.
